Dissolved oxygen measuring instrument based on fluorescence quenching principle. Blue light irradiates the fluorescent material the fluorescent material excited and emit red light, because the oxygen molecules can take energy (quenching effect), so the concentration of excited red light time and intensity and inversely proportional to molecular oxygen. By measuring the phase difference between the red light and the reference lightand comparing with the internal calibration value, the concentration of oxygen molecules can be calculate.
